size up a half a size they run a little small
First wear feels a bit tight but they loosen out after 1-2 wears size up half a size

I give 3 stars only because for me it didn't work. Ive been getting bunion lately and these shoes go to pointy toes. Otherwise they are comfortable, pretty light, great cushioned shoe.
