This is my second pair of Adios 9's. Good grip, performance upper, responsive midsole, flexible forefoot, and a modest late-stage rocker that lends to a smooth transition from landing to toe-off but still makes you do all the work. If you need a lower stack shoe for intervals, this is one of the best. The shoe is protective enough for heavier runners. I'm 200lb and wearing these for an interval session doesn't beat my legs up. I wouldn't complain if the next version was a little lighter and slightly wider in the heel.
