I wrote this about the long sleeves too, I bought them both in different sizes keeping all of them lol. perfect compression, high quality breathable and temperature-modulating material, it makes your shape looks insane. when working out, it shows off your pump and your veins scream throught the fabric. I ordered first my actual size cuz I like it very tight as a second skin (the shirt is super slim, muscle fit) and it worked perfectly. then I ordered an extra one sizing up for socials and I had the same benefits with a bit of more confort putting on and taking off, so if your usual size or size up depends on how shape you want to imprint with. I will defo buy a navy one as well (long and short sleeves lol). wish Adidas make more colours available. it worth every penny, I highly recommend
