Without a doubt UB 1.0 are an easy go-to everyday sneaker, especially the wooly version. That said quality of construction/finish is not what they once were—the plastic feels cheaper/flimsier & the structural layer behind the knit at the toe is obviously stretching through the knit, more boxy, especially on the left shoe. Also the curve in the outsole from forefoot up to the toe of the left shoe is dramatically more pronounced than that of the right shoe. The right shoe outsole is flatter, the knit on the toe perfectly smooth, no visible presence of structural layer. In short the right shoe appears EXACTLY as the product website pics while the left shoe is a little funky/deformed. I dug through every available box in my size (& a few other sizes), both of these construction/finish quality conditions were present in EVERY pair I examined. Hopefully the curve will flatten & the knit will stretch out to a more smooth appearance with more wear.

Worth I own a couple pairs so I’m a big fan! price if they go on sale lol
