What is so special about adidas GORE-TEX trainers?

When you’re running in rainy conditions or across wet terrain, many trainers will let in the water and leave your feet wet and uncomfortable. This can often lead to you cutting your run short. Others will protect you from water coming in but also prevent moisture from escaping from your body properly. GORE-TEX trail running shoes are different—they’ll stop the water coming in from the outside, but they’ll also allow perspiration from your body to escape from the footwear easily. This is made possible by the fact that GORE-TEX trail running shoes are made from three layers of material – two layers of nylon with a middle layer of Teflon.
