Always follow the instructions on the care label of your individual garment, but there are some general rules you can follow to ensure your training kit sees you through many training sessions to come. Machine wash your training jersey inside out on cold and forgo any fabric softener. Do not bleach, dry-clean or tumble dry. Wash with like colours, and only iron inside out with a cool iron, avoiding the motif. That way, you can ensure your training top’s embellishments and tech stay intact.
