How Should A Sports Bra Fit?

Boobs bounce - some more than others, so a badly fitting sports bra can leave you feeling uncomfortable and distracted from your workout. And with over 90% of people wearing the wrong bra size for training, we’re on a mission to help everyone find their perfect fit - whatever the workout.

SIZING MADE SIMPLE

Our sizing makes it easy to find the right bra thanks to dual cup sizing. This system cuts sizes down to 2 per cup, leading to more band and cup combinations and resulting in a better fit for more body shapes.

FIND YOUR CORRECT BRA SIZE

Not sure on your correct everyday bra size? We can help with that too. All you need is a flexible tape measure.

It’s best to take your measurements as close to your skin as possible, without a bra on.

1. MEASURE YOUR CUP SIZE

Measure around the fullest part of your bust - keeping the tape level. Take a deep breath out and make sure it’s comfortably snug. Take note of this measurement.

2. MEASURE YOUR BAND SIZE

Measure around your back and under your bust - keeping the tape flat against your body and not on your breast tissue. You may need to lift your boobs to do this. Again, it should be snug and comfortable as you take a deep breath. Note this measurement.

3. CHECK OUR SIZE GUIDE

Check these two measurements against our bra size guide chart to find your perfect bra size and a customized selection of bras tailored to your needs.

Our inclusive collection is designed for all shapes and sizes. When you find your perfect fit, you’ll unlock your full potential.

THE RIGHT SUPPORT FOR YOU

It’s not just size that matters - you need to consider the intensity of your training too.

Whether you’re stretching, lifting or running for miles, we’ve got the right support to suit every movement.

For gentle movements like Pilates and yoga, look for Light support bras. If you’re stepping up the intensity with Strength and gym work, try out Medium support bras and if you’re really going for it in a HIIT class or running, go for High support.

Check out our support level guides to find out more.

BRA FIT CHECK

Three simple checks to find out whether your new sports bra fits too tight, too loose or just right. Follow the steps below to check your sports bra fits and works just as you and your workout need it to.

FIRST, SEE HOW THE CUPS FIT.

Start by choosing the cup size you normally wear, making sure there's no gaps. If you can pinch excess fabric, go down a cup, and if you’re spilling out, go up.

NEXT, CHECK YOUR BAND.

The band is the foundation of your bra support. It should feel snug but not tight, and sit level around your body. Take two fingers and check it fits snug—no pinching, no gaping.

FINAL CHECK: THE STRAPS

It’s the straps’ job to hold the bra cups in place, close to your body. Check you can fit two fingers between strap and shoulder - it should never dig in or leave marks.

And that’s it—band, cup and support—the three steps to finding your perfect fit. Give the Bra Fit Check a try and see how our most inclusive new bra collection can support your breasts & you in your training.
