Perfect shoe for training Hyrox or any other cross training. You can run, but I wouldn’t recommend using this as a running shoe. I mainly use this for circuit training where my focus is heavy weight lifting in combination with light running. I typically use Xero shoes for my training, but opted for more protection underfoot without the squish from running shoes, or the stiffness of weightlifting shoes
