What is the return policy?
Returning product(s) correctly to us will depend on where the product(s) were purchased, and which type of product(s) were purchased.

Returns and Withdrawal policy for items purchased at the adidas Online Shop
The easiest and our preferred way to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return your products for free at the same time, is to follow the instructions on how to return a product. However, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement by submitting a clear declaration stating your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale. For more details, please read clause 2.13 and further of our Terms & Conditions.
You can return your online order within 60 days (or 14 days* for limited products such as YEEZY, adidas x Gucci) of receiving your order without having to give any reason. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 60-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel. In order for us to fully refund your returned items, they must be returned in suitable packaging. The items cannot be used, worn or damaged other than as a result of any necessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. Items purchased from the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged at a store.
*Please be aware that limited products such as YEEZY and adidas x Gucci have a 14-day return period from the date on which they are delivered to you.
We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original state and packaging.
- Apparel has the original tags attached.
- Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
- Footwear is in the original shoe box.
- Please note that we are unable to accept any right of withdrawal from you for customised & personal items as these are made uniquely for you. These items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect.
- For products with a protective polythene lining: If the protective lining has been removed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged due to health protection reasons.
What is the return policy for face covers?
If the face cover package is not opened, other than this requirement of the packaging being unopened, our normal return policy applies to this product. Please see 'How do I return my product(s)?' for more information.
If the product package has been opened, this product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Items purchased at an adidas retail store
We are happy to take back any adidas item from our store except for swimwear, underwear, toiletries, cosmetics, shoe care products, and customised products (customised products are personalised uniquely for you and we therefore cannot accept them for return unless there is a manufacturing defect).
We can only offer returns for items in their original, unworn condition: all apparel returns must have the original tags attached, accessories returns must have all parts of the original packaging and footwear returns must be in the original shoe box. We accept returns within 60 days (or 14 days for limited products such as YEEZY) of purchase. We are currently not able to offer returns for items purchased from our online shop.
Items purchased at an adidas authorised reseller
Requests for refunds of any article bought at a wholesale partner or other adidas authorised resellers will not be accepted or approved. If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.
