How do I return my product(s)?

In response to the impact on infrastructure caused by the coronavirus, we have extended our returns period from 30 to 60 days. Returns are free of charge.

Ordered the wrong size? Instead of returning it, you can exchange it for a different size for free. For more info, see our exchanges help page.

1-1-Initiate-return

1. INITIATE YOUR RETURN

Go to adidas.co.uk/returns, tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return. 

1-2-Attach-return-label

2. ATTACH RETURN LABEL

Pack your items, use the pre-printed label from the box and stick the return label over the previous one.

In case you lost your return label, a new label will be automatically emailed to you after finishing step 1.

1-3-drop-off-parcel

3. DROP OFF PARCEL

Drop off your parcel at a carrier drop off point near you:

Royal Mail

Parcelforce (only if your parcel was shipped to a collection point)

You will not be charged shipping costs for your return if you return your order with the same carrier that had originally delivered it to you.  


Please note: personalised items are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

For rules and restrictions on returns, please check our return policy. Please note that hype products such as YEEZY and IVY PARK have a 14-day return policy.

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at an adidas retail store can only be returned to an adidas retail store.

What is the return policy for face covers?

If the face cover package is not opened our normal return policy applies to this product. Please see 'What is our return policy' for more information.

If the product package has been opened, this product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect with the product.
