Supernova Rise, Supernova Stride, and Supernova Solution are performance running shoes. This means you can try them for 30 days with the option to return if they don’t perform for you. No matter how many miles you’ve run, or their condition—you can return for free and get a full refund.

 

For general returns, shoes must be unworn and in as new condition for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Orders can also be returned in-store if your order had no delivery fee—please ensure you have your order number with you to complete an in-store return. Return is only possible in the store where the shoe was purchased. Online purchases can only be returned via .com return portal.
