How do I return my product(s)?

Longer return time on your Christmas shopping for free
Santa knows exactly what people want for Christmas, but not everyone is so sure. If you need a different size or colour, we have a gift for you - any orders between 1st Nov - 24th Dec qualify for extended Christmas returns! You'll have until 31st Jan 2019 to send your item(s) back for a full refund.

​​​​​​​There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us by post. Items purchased at an adidas retail store can only be returned to an adidas retail store.

Please note: customised and personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Items purchased from the adidas online shop
You can return your online order free of charge within 30 days* of receiving your order (or 14 days** for hype products such as YEEZY). If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 30-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

*If you ordered prior to the 10th of September 2018 at 10.00 AM, you can return your products within 100 days of the delivery date.

**Please be aware that hype products such as YEEZY, should be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. In the process of ordering these hype products we communicate to you that the return period of 14 days applies.

Please note: you will not be charged shipping costs for your return if you return your order with the same carrier that had originally delivered it to you and follow our return instructions below.

Steps:
  1. Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box. Is there no return form and label in your parcel? Use the order tracker to print them.
  2. Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label.
  3. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  4. Drop off your parcel at your respective carrier drop off point:
    • ​​Parcelforce
    • UPS (only if your order has been shipped via express shipment)
Items purchased at an adidas retail store
If you'd like to return item(s) you purchased at the adidas store, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to the same store where you originally purchased them. Please bring your receipt with you, and make sure you’re returning your item(s) within 30 days (or 14 days for hype products such as YEEZY) of purchase. Please note that we are currently not able to accept returns at our stores for items purchased from our online shop.

Items reserved via Click & Collect to pick up in an adidas store
Click & Collect reservations are made online, then picked up and paid for in store. If you want to return a Click & Collect order, please check out the Click & Collect return instructions.

Items ordered in an adidas store to be delivered to your home
If one of our store employees placed an in-store order for you with a tablet so you receive the item of your choice at home, you cannot take them back to a store for an exchange or refund. Instead, you can return the products by following the return instructions for the adidas online shop.

Items purchased at an adidas authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to an adidas store.
