Yes, points can be valid for up to 36 months. However, to keep your points active within this 36-month period, you must earn points at least once every 12 months.
If you don't earn points within that time, your points will expire 12 months after they were earned, at the end of the month (e.g. points earned on 9 June 2025, expire on 30 June 2026).
I redeemed my Points-to-Spend for a Voucher, where can I use it?
You can use your Voucher on select products on the adidas app, website, CONFIRMED app and in store. They’re usually valid for 60 days, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.
I redeemed points for a Voucher, where can I find it?
You can find all your Vouchers in the ‘Vouchers and Gift Cards’ section of your adiClub account on the app or in the ‘My Account’ section on the adidas website. You can also find and select a Voucher you want to use at checkout in the adidas app by tapping ‘Pick Discount’ in the Promo Code step.
Can I return a voucher I got with Points-to-Spend?
Unfortunately, no. However, they are usually valid for 60 days on select products, but please read the terms & conditions of your Voucher.
Can I redeem Points-to-Spend for products in store?
No, unfortunately Points for Product is only available in the adidas app.
Why can’t I find products available with my Points-to-Spend?
Please check that you are using the adidas app, as Points-Only Products are limited and only available through the app. Check back regularly for updates or click on the ''Keep me posted' button to be notified every time a new product for points is available.
Can I return a product I got with my Points-to-Spend?
The return period for all Points-Only Products is 14 days after delivery. Once we receive the return, your points will be credited back within 14 days. Please be aware that you can't get the same product with points again, even if you have returned the product.
Is it possible to see a history of my Good Causes contributions?
Yes, you can find your points activity by visiting ‘Membership Activity’ on the adidas app or ‘Points History’ on the adidas website.
Can I subscribe to regular good cause contributions?
Not yet. However, you can contribute to Good Causes as often as you want.
Can I get my Points-to-Spend back if I withdraw my contribution to a good cause?
Unfortunately not, withdraws are not possible.
Will I get a donation report if I contribute my Points-to-Spend to a good cause?
No. Unfortunately, points contributions are not tax deductible.
The partner offer I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
Possibly, please check back on the adidas app on a regular basis.
What do I do if my Partner Offer code does not work?
If you do not receive a Partner Offer code in your email, or in the ‘Vouchers and Gift Cards’ of your adiClub account, please reach out to adidas Customer Service. If you do have an offer code and it does not work on the website of our partner, please contact our partner’s Customer Service.
Can I return a Partner Offer and get my Points-to-Spend back?
