Why isn’t my product accepted into Infinite Play?

There are two possible issues here: 

1) Your product doesn’t show in the list

At present, we can only take back purchases made by Creators Club members in the UK through adidas.co.uk , the adidas app or in our own Retail Stores. If you would like to become a member of the Creators Club, please go under www.adidas.co.uk/creatorsclub and start the registration process. 

2) The offer price is too low

We work with a third party that generates offer prices and tries to make this service possible. At this stage, we may have items that only achieve low offer prices. However, you can add more items to achieve a higher overall value.
