How do I return my Click & Collect order?

If upon collecting your reservation, you are not completely happy with your products, you can simply leave them in the store without paying for them. If you have taken your purchase home, please return it to one of our own retail stores within the same country and our in-store team will be able to process an exchange or a refund for you. Please be sure to bring with a proof of purchase, such as till receipt.

For return conditions on Click & Collect purchases, please check the conditions for returning an item purchased at an adidas store.
