How do I book my store visit using the "Wait less, Shop more" Booking app?

What is it?
An innovative solution that helps you to avoid standing in long queues by booking your next store visit in advance using our adidas app.
 
No need to queue! Pre-book your Click & Collect visit. 
Avoid standing in long queues by booking your next store visit in advance using this adidas link. This link will open our app to book a timeslot to collect your order. Having an appointment is not mandatory, but with your pre booked visit you can proceed straight to the dedicated fast lane to collect your item(s) even quicker. 
 
Booking Process for Click & Collect orders:
You can book your visit in these easy steps:
                        Step 1 –  Download the adidas app.
                        Step 2 –  Enter your booking details (Store you would like to visit).
                        Step 3 –  Choose date and time.
                        Step 4 –  Confirm booking.
                        Step 5 – You will receive a confirmation pop-up message for your booking (Store, Date and Time).
                        Step 6 – You will be issued with a ticket with a QR Code to be used to verify your booking at the store.                               
 
What to expect when you get to the shop:
· There will be a dedicated (Clearly marked) fast lane for pre booked visits.
· If fast lane isn’t clearly visible, jump the line and show your QR code to our store staff at the  entrance –  and you an go right into our store. 
· You proceed straight to the greeter to check-in to the store.
· Your booked slot will be verified.
· The in-store H&S measures will be explained.
· You will be asked the type of product you are looking for.
· You will then either be handed to someone who will assist you or shown where to find the relevant products.

FAQ’s

What if I arrive late for my slot?

You have a 15 minutes grace period within which you can arrive at the shop.
What if I arrive later than 15 minutes?

To ensure the smooth processing of all bookings you are advised to arrive within your allocated time slot. Should you be late, every effort will be made to make your wait as short as possible within prevailing constraints.

Can I spend more than 30 minutes in the shop?

Yes, you can shop for as long as you need to.

Can I book a slot while waiting in the normal queue at the shop?

You need to book your slot in advance. The app will show you the next available slot for the shop. Which will depend on how many people have pre-booked for the day.

What other options do I have to avoid the queues?

We have other options for you; 1. Order on line 2. Click and collect.

I cannot book a slot.

Is it possible that I may still need to wait even though I arrived on time?                                                                

The pre-booking process is to ensure that you never have to wait in queues. Should the unlikely event happen that you find yourself waiting due to unforeseen circumstances, you can be assured that your wait will be as short as possible.
