I saw these in the shop and thought nice! Tried them on and thought yes. Used them for leisure briefiy as they were too expensive to ruin. In terms of leisure, I found them weirdly tight fitting but unsecure on my feet i.e. sliding about whilst walking, and sweaty and damp socks / feet. In search of a PB in a 5k one morning, I decided to try them out and they were amazing. Designed for running in my opinion. Great traction, speed, security and very light. I will be wearing them for running only.
The boots were absolutely great, but I think what's putting people off is the price tag. Consider dropping the price for it a little will ya?
Great boot. Comfortable from day 1. I love the colour. Very easy to clean. One strange aspect of the boot is the amount of "mini" studs which accompany the main 10 studs.
Very lightweight but still the right level of support for me. Feel responsive to the ground, great for road running but also weren't too slippery on some wet grass and mud so could imagine using them for most races. Went for my actual size as I normally do in Adidas, and they were just right. Like many adidas shoes I would class them as slightly narrow, which suits me fine. Arrived very quicklly, even though got them personalised with writing.
It has been a couple of weeks now and I am enjoying these shoes. I feel much more stable while doing squats, dead lifts, etc. I would definitely recommend these shoes for someone looking to upgrade from regular trainers
Bought these a few weeks ago. Can't believe how light they are you don't realise you have them on. First class fit as well
I have yet to try these boots in the real cold and snow but they fit true to size and are very comfortable. great continental rubber flat sole and boost cushioning. I like this combination in my runners so should be great in a boot. I like the way they look as not too bulky and feel very supportive. Iook forward to wearing them on some snow trails.
This is a fantastic product and I would recommend it to anyone for any type of thing u are doing it is simply the best product and most conftable.
Perfect for squatting, would highly recommend and definitely worth the price.
They are great cleats but they tear up really fast
I have had them for one weeks now and I love them. The touch on the ball is precise, the turf pattern has tons of grip, feels great and they are very comfortable as well. Very nice looking also.
Well, what can I say ! Excellent quality and you don't feel like you are even wearing anything on your feet. 10 out of 10 Adidas !!
The shoes feel great and are great on the pitch, but I would advise you order a size larger than what you usually wear as they were kind of small.
for jogging it is ok shoe lol. I could recommend the shoe
A great value for the price and they do the job as described. If you are looking for an affordable squatting shoe, this would be it. My shoe size is a 9.5 US and the 9.5 in these had the correct length but it was a bit loose on the width. If I were to choose again, size 9 would be ideal in these. In the mean time, I will be tightening the laces and I won't be jumping in them. I also have the adiPowers and I prefer these but purely for aesthetic reasons. With the adiPowers, the 9.5 fit perfectly for me.
prompt delivery perfect fit I could wear them to bed I love them so much !!!!!!!!!
I am quite critical when it comes to football boots as they a are very important part of my life as I am studying sports at college so they get well and truly tested. I can say they are the best boots I:ve had for comfort durability and water resistance excellent.
I like the fit of these shoes. I prefer my shoes to be very snug and these fit just right. I had to return 2 previous adidas cleats because they ran 1/2 size too large but these ones fit how I expect them too.
Without a doubt perfect running shoes ,allowing me to run more every I take them more miles more power the best decision I ever mode by buying them worth every penny
Before purchasing these soft ground X15.1 in a size 10 I had tried on a 9.5 which seemed too tight around the toes as well as seeming to have some heel slippage. As they were too small and had heel slippage in 9.5 when I ordered these in a 10 it was with caution but as there is limited soft ground boots out there I thought I'd try my luck. These boots are honestly so comfortable, there is a nice amount of cushioning around the heel and into the midfoot which is a good improvement when compared to synthetic F50's. Even though they were in a bigger size, there was no heel slippage and with the wide laces, they were not too tight round my toes. The sole plate is a little stiff to begin with but I guess that will become more flexible over time. Not sure if they whole Non Stop Grip thing helps or not but the techfit collar is nice and so is the studs/stud pattern. Overall, really good boots especially when soft ground boots seem pretty limited at the moment!
Very comfortable and with the sole providing excellent ventilation your foot remains comfortable throughout your training session. Great shoe with a great feel.
I own a pair of Primeknit 2.0s alongside these and the knit upper truly makes the difference in terms of keeping comfort while maintaining a feel for the ball and staying lightweight. The difference between these and the 2.0s is that while the 2.0s seemed closer to the adizero, these definitely seemed specifically designed for the central midfielder. The studs, fit, and texture all help in improving the touch on the ball and the "feel" behind passes or shots. Top level athlete impressed by another top flight boot by Adidas.
I have ran around 100km in these shoes so far and compared to the ultraboosts, they have more structure and support for a mid to forefoot striker. The sole also seems much more durable than the ultraboosts and they are significantly lighter.
My son started wearing these in early April 2015 and has averaged running about 25 to 30 miles a week since then. After six months the tread wear is pretty even but it is time to replace them. The continental tread is pretty tough and no issues with the upper portion. He races in spikes though. My brother-in-law who is a college cross country coach recommends getting two pairs of training shoes to alternate. Pretty expensive when I have 4 boys and 2 are already involved in XC. However, injuries could prove more expensive.
These shoes fit me (size 8) perfectly and they provide good support all around the foot. Wore them for the first time on a golf trip and after 4 rounds in 4 days I had no issues with them. If you can get over the high price, they are well worth a purchase.
