micoach is all you need to get the results you want.
Very light on your feet and great grip, but still attracted a ton of mud when racing through a ploughed field but can't see any other shoe not doing that, really pleased with my purchase so will be getting another pair to save
Wore only few times, but so far so good. Wide enough and comfortable.
I only worn this shoes once and have no complaints yet.
very nice and stylish. exact fit. the yellow colour is too bright. Quality would be better if it has some real leather. overall, they look very nice.
Shoes are well built. Light yet solid. Sole is firm enough so you dont feel every little bump in the the trail, yet just the right amount of cushion to make them balanced. I have wide feet, and the toe box is quite roomy, more so than the previous generations of the shoe. Great shoe for the $$, very happy
these shoes are so comfortable fit perfect fast delivery highly recomend these shoes
They do come up on the large size, I have a 4.5 in the boost range and got a 4 in these but with correct lacing they didn't slip on their first outing. Felt just the right grip as I ran around parkrun (never felt stable in road trainers and wasn't sure whether it was worth spending on trail shoes, so glad I did) don't think I could justify the full price for occasional use but an absolute bargain in the sale, happy customer here!
I have wear mine 7 TR for both trail running and hiking. It is a good fit for my wider feet that usually need to wear EE or 1/2 bigger. The cushion is on the thin side so you won't get the comfort ride if you prefer it. However, the tracking is good and you stand in low that yield good stability. A little break in is necessary but not excessive. I will go for a more cushion model for longer trail running or hiking. Running 30 minutes in it (or 4-5 miles hiking) it works perfectly fine for me. At that point I start sense a little fatigue on my feet that need a break before getting sore.
Ok well I'm pretty new to running and this is my first pair of trail running shoes. Fit is excellent, a tad wide in the toe area for my foot which is pretty narrow. I'm a size 10 and I bought a 10. I've given a 4 star rating because I would have liked just a tiny bit more cushioning in the sole but overall they are comfortable to run in. I'd say they're a 4.5 out of 5. I found the grip very good and confidence inspiring, of course nothing is going to help when it gets really muddy. For the money a very good buy.
good quality, good price and awesome price thank you
Love the flashy colors on this shoe, but it is VERY firm. Too firm for me. I prefer some cush!
Haven't worn Kanadias for a good few years and I'm absolutely delighted with these. Wear them for Parkrun, which is partly on grass and the rest on path and the shoes work well on both surfaces.
these addidas running shoes would be a good addition to any runners kit bag , lightweight ,durable, and stylish with a splash of neon for night time and those dark cold night runs .
Very happy! Well made sturdy trainers that look great and eel like they can go forever!
I purchased (2) pairs of Adidas : the Kanadia 7 TR and SL Loop Runner at the same time. The Kanadia 7 shoes are most excellent. Can be used for regular jogs and/or trail running. It has rugged soles to do both ! Comfortable like bedroom slippers and provides rigid support for your feet. How can you pass these shoes up, especially at these prices ? Highly recommended for all types of joggers (street/trail).
Nice fit and perfect color. Will definitely recommend this shoes to my friends.
for jogging it is ok shoe lol. I could recommend the shoe
Slightly too tight at the toes even though I bought half a size bigger than normal.
Delivered quickly, excellent fitting product. Very durable
Slightly 'louder' in colour than expected but I found the sizing just right. Good width and as above, instantly comfortable. Haven't tried them in mud yet (!) but have tried them in the park. So far, so good.
Cant wait to get running in the mud up the hills with the extra grip on the Kanadia 7 Trail Shoes.
This shoes are great for running and some trail hiking. After some miles of break-ins they seem to conformed with your feet as you use them everyday. Very light and flexible to my feet. Maybe if Adidas will use some real leather they will look great and add more value.
I was looking for new shoes for general work outs, local dry weather trail walking and casual wear. I saw the Kanadia TR7 in numerous colours and then these on offer so I grabbed a pair. These have worked out to be such quality and an amazing bargain. Straight from the box I got no chafing or blisters. I get hot feet and the ventilation on these is amazing. The grip on all surfaces encountered so far has been brilliant. They are also so lightweight it's unreal but so far the soles are more than tough enough from the off reading. I have recommended these to some friends. Well chuffed.
This is my second pair of Kanadias. I like using them for Ultimate instead of cleats. I usually wear a 6.5 but ordered a 6. They definitely have a little bit more of a roomier fit.
Fab for stability and good grip for all terrains. Great all round running shoe.
