How do I return my order?

An order can be returned with in the selfservice return portal in the order history page. To return a product, please follow the instructions below. 

1. START your return by visiting the return tracker using your order number and email address to access your order

2. SELECT the items you'd like to return along with the reason for returning and hit 'submit'.

3. PRINT the return form and label

4. PACK the products in their original packaging together with the return form in the box

5. PLACE the return label over of the old address label and seal the box

6. DROP OFF your package at a local drop off point.


Please note that customised orders are made just for you and cannot be returned except in the case of manufacturing defects.
For all rules and restrictions, please read our Return Policy. In case you received the return form and label with your order, please use those. Lost your labels? Follow the process above.

Please always keep the tracking number of the returned item. 

How many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are free & easy within 100 days of receiving your order. Customised products are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned. Please note that Click & Collect orders can only be returned to the store from which you have picked them up.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days. Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy. After that, it takes 1-2 days to make the refund to your payment account. Some banks and credit card providers may take a bit longer to apply the credit to your account.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we don't exchange products, but you can always refuse delivery or return unwanted items for a refund, and then place a new order.

Refunds are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy, and are not available for personalised and customised items.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?

Please return the product as per the return instructions / labels in the box. If you no longer have a return label, please contact adidas Customer Service.

Will you refund my shipping / delivery costs if I return my order?

Yes, we will refund your delivery costs as long as you return the complete order, and the returned item(s) are covered by our Return Policy. If you don't return the complete order we are unable to refund your delivery costs.
