How long does delivery take?
Standard products
These are regular adidas products that you have not chosen to customise or personalise.

**1 business day if you order before noon. UPS Express is not available for all of UK. Due to a limited capacity of Express orders that can be sent per day it can happen that the delivery option is temporarily not visible on the site. This is to ensure sure that every placed express order will be always delivered on time. Our apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.
Personalised products
To personalise a product, for example by adding a name, number, badge or flag, it takes 1 day. So if you add a personalised item to your bag, please expect your full order to take 1 day longer than the delivery times advertised.
miadidas orders
For miadidas orders, shipping takes 3 - 5 weeks. These products are designed by you and created for you, so it takes a little longer for them to be sent.
Mixed orders
In the case of mixed orders containing miadidas product and standard product, we’ll send the standard product first, followed by the miadidas product. This way your full order isn’t slowed down.
Click & Collect
If you select to have your order delivered at a store for pick-up (Click & Collect), it takes an estimated 2 - 5 days before you can collect the order. Once your order is ready for collection at the selected store, we’ll send you an email and SMS (if requested).
Public holidays & Warehouse closed
Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered. So, please expect additional delivery time if you place your order on one of the following dates: 01.01.2018, 30.03.2018, 07.05.2018, 28.05.2018, 27.08.2018, 07.05.2018, 25.12.18, 26.12.18.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK and Germany.
- All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas (e.g. Jersey Islands & Guernsey), we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value).
- You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
