Yes, but that depends on how much time has passed since you placed the order with our online shop. Please contact our online shop customer service team at the numbers below (free of charge). You will be asked to provide your order number and the new delivery address.
Our customer service advisor will contact the courrier to determine whether it's possible to change your delivery address. A change in delivery address is only possible if the courrier has not picked up your order from our warehouse.
You will receive a notification if we are or are not able to change the delivery address. The notification will contain a track & trace number you can use to follow your order's delivery status.

Yes. You can choose to have separate delivery and billing addresses during checkout. However, you can only have addresses that are located within the same country.
Your shipment confirmation email will include a link you can use to track & trace your order online. Tracking info isn't available until the courier has picked up your order from our warehouse.
We will refund your delivery costs as long as you return the complete order, and the returned item(s) are covered under the return terms and conditions. We do not refund express delivery costs, nor do we refund delivery costs if you are only returning one product from an order with multiple items.
adidas charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address. The flat rates correspond to delivery method. Rates (incl. VAT) are as follows:

Personalising a product will take around 1 - 2 days. This means that, when adding a personalised jersey to your bag, your full order will arrive 1 - 2 days later than the delivery timings you are used to.
